A few words about me
Let me introduce myself
First off let me start by saying I am NOT a personal training nor do I ever claim to be. I’m just a regular guy that enjoys a lot of things in life. Other than God and my family the next best thing on my list is Bodybuilding. I love walking into the gym 7 days a week and pushing my body to no end only to feel the soreness in my muscles. If I had the time to workout twice a day I would, I enjoy everything about it and I am always looking for new ways to push the limits. Someone on my site here you might find my blog. In this blog are things I’ve come across that I believe can assist in bodybuilding, lifting, health, and exercising in general. I will share personal experiences, events I’ve come across, and pass along information that I think is key in producing the best results to your goal.
