Cookies & Cream PROTEIN Milkshake

  • 1 scoop of your favorite Cookies and Cream protein

    I personally prefer Cellucor’s Whey Cookies & Cream found here

  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

    Super healthy for you too.

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1/2 cup of nonfat plain greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp of cocoa nibs

    Cacao Nibs are a little bit healthier than morsels (choc. chips) but if you can’t find them substitute them out for standard morsels.

  • 6-8 ounces of water
